The CQ1 Talent Search Platform makes available through the search for work and business opportunities, connecting professionals with the possibility of interacting with potential job vacancies or business opportunities and controlling the connection process until the service proposal is sent.

To use our services, our terms and conditions must be read and accepted, along with our privacy notice and cookie statement, which constitute our agreement for the use of our platform.

 

Cancellation

The Professional will be able to cancel it at any time, just contact our customer support and request the cancellation of the service and deletion of their data on the CQ1 Talent Search Platform.

 

Compliance with the protective rule for personal data

The CQ1 Talent Search Platform takes the protection and security of the personal data of all professionals who use our platform seriously, so the processing of data is carried out strictly within the limits and purposes of the object of the contract, as well as for the management of companies employees that use our platform and services. Almost everything we do aims to bring together professionals and companies that are looking for professionals with the right profile to work together.

Thus, this Privacy Policy, along with the Terms of Use, describe the commitment of the CQ1 Talent Search Platform in how it will use and treat your personal data only for the purposes set out in this agreement, whether through our websites or mobile applications or sharing personal information with other treatment agents.

And if after reading our Terms and Policies, you, the professional interested in participating in the CQ1 Talent Search Platform, do not agree with any point, we will not be able to finalize the signature of this digital contract, as personal data need to be safeguarded.

The data of the Professionals are made available to the Contracting Companies of the CQ1 Talent Search Platform, in an anonymous form, with the specific purpose of bringing the Professionals closer to the vacancies/business opportunities.

The CQ1 Talent Search Platform does not charge Professionals any amount for them to share their information with Companies contracting the Platform, nor does it allow third parties to charge for Professionals to participate in the selection processes opened through the CQ1 Talent Search Platform. In this way, the payment for CQ1 Talent Search Platform will occur through the provision of services to the Contracting Companies of the Platform.

The CQ1 Talent Search Platform may also store the Professional’s name, email, telephone number and identification documents to allow and link their access to the services provided by the Platform to contracting companies, operators, and later, new controllers.

In this case, your user data will only be used to ensure safe navigation and correct access to contracted services, and anonymous sharing of information with other controllers may occur. And you, professional in the CQ1 Talent Search platform, may expressly agree with this condition by clicking on the option I agree with the data protection terms and CQ1 Talent Search Platform policies.

Although limited navigation on the site is possible, access to all the platform functionalities, including profile registration information and application in selection processes, depends on the registration process.

You will not be able to use the services of the CQ1 Talent Search Platform if:

  1. You are not of legal age to offer services as a professional;
  2. You are not in full enjoyment of your ability to perform acts in civil life;
  3. The local laws of your country do not allow the use of services such as those on the website, for any reason.

Browsing, registering profile information, using the features available for searching and monitoring opportunities and applying for selection processes from the website are FREE, and the professional in the CQ1 Talent Search platform may keep his information active for as long as he wishes.

Upon prior and clear notice, the platform may offer you specific services and utilities for remuneration, which will always depend on prior and express consent and hiring by the professional, according to his/her free choice.

The CQ1 Talent Search Platform Professional, upon signing this digital contract, declares that he is aware that he is civilly and criminally responsible for all information that he fills up in our systems and passed on to the platform contracting Companies.

The CQ1 Talent Search Platform works to connect professionals and companies closer together, but is not responsible for the content (benefits, salaries, contract duration) or the accuracy of the job opportunities offered by the Advertising Companies of vacancies and/or opportunities.

The CQ1 Talent Search Platform is not responsible for interviews and/or meetings that take place outside the scope of the CQ1 Talent Search Platform.

In order to protect the personal data collected and ensure the security of our systems, we use appropriate technologies and procedures according to the level of risk and the service provided, having a team responsible for managing them in accordance with legal provisions, regulatory requirements, technology change, among other relevant factors that may influence data protection.

There is a risk that malicious third parties may improperly access information stored on our systems though the internet vulnerability. If this occurs, we will be responsible within the limits provided for in the applicable legislation in force, only if the invasion is caused by the exclusive and proven fault of the CQ1 Talent Search Platform.

The Professional is prohibited from using any device, software or other resource that may interfere with the activities and operations of the CQ1 Talent Search Platform, either through the website or through other systems or databases. If any intrusion, attempt, or activity is identified that violates or contravenes intellectual property law and/or the provisions stipulated in this Policy and/or applicable laws in force, the person responsible will be subject to the applicable sanctions, whether by law or provided for in this document. The person responsible must also indemnify for any damages caused, as well as be responsible for their conduct with the competent Authorities.

Control of the recruitment process until its completion

The CQ1 Talent Search Platform is not responsible for the content of the job offer announcements, or for complications during interviews between the professional and contracting Companies, or for the negotiations carried out by the Contracting Companies. The role of the CQ1 Talent Search Platform is to connect the Parties. Everything that is negotiated during the process is the sole responsibility of the professional and the contracting company.

 

Rules of Conduct

While using the platform, any type of discrimination is strictly prohibited, whether in relation to age, skin color, possible disability, gender identity, marital status, nationality, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or other characteristic that is protected under current legislation.

Any type of sexual approach or sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual mention or any attitude that in any way constrains the Professional’s interlocutor is strictly prohibited.

It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for illegal, unethical, and other purposes for which the services were created.

CQ1 Talent Search platform professionals must assume the contractual commitment to use the platform in a safe way, treating their interlocutors in a respectful, courteous and ethical manner.

All information entered by the Professional on the platform and conveyed in the interviews is the sole responsibility of the Professional, who may be held civilly and criminally liable in case of false information.

Failure to comply with the rules listed above will result in the termination of the contract due to the sole fault of the Professional, who will lose their access to the platform, without prejudice to the determination of losses and damages that they may cause, as well as the Notification of prohibited and inappropriate conduct to the bodies and competent authorities.

It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the CQ1 Talent Search Platform Professional to provide the computer equipment and Internet connection necessary to access the platform. The CQ1 Talent Search Platform is not responsible under any circumstances for the existence, functioning and quality of such equipment, systems, and connections.

Access to the Professional’s data registered on the platform is protected under the applicable data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy.

By registering as a CQ1 Talent Search Platform Professional, you acknowledge that the password to access the website is for personal and non-transferable use and cannot be given to third parties under any circumstances. The Professional must take all appropriate measures to ensure his confidentiality, and must even log off to finalize access to its services page.

To resolve any doubts or questions related to it, the parties elect the Court of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP, excluding any other.

 

Agreement

By agreeing to these terms and starting to use the CQ1 Talent Search Platform, the Professional undertakes to respect the conditions set out in an irreversible and irrevocable manner, as well as to use the services offered by the CQ1 Talent Search Platform in a proven and legal manner.
